Order Tracking

Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Undeliverable Packages
In the event that a package is returned to us due to incorrect address information or failure to pick up a package from the carrier, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost or Damaged Shipments

- Toyzilla.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
